Player Details
Position & Size
This section contains two atrributes for the player: the Position and Size.
Position is used to determine where a player is placed in a Scheme. There are 3 Positions, which are displayed as a single letter.
G [Guard]
F [Forward]
C [Center]
Size is used when determining Mismatches. There are 3 Sizes, which is displayed as a Triangle next to the Position.

Archetype
The Archetype is a general summary of this Player’s card, showing how skilled they are and what their primary strengths are.
Contract Value
The Contract Value is the cost of including this player in your Roster.
Stat Values
Stat Values are numeric representations of how good a player is at a given aspect of the game.
For each Stat Value, there is an Offensive and Defensive value. You should use the value that represents what side of the ball the Player is currently on.
Shooting Skill
Each player has 3 Shoot values that correspond to the 3 unique areas of the Court. Attempting a Shot uses the value that corresponds to where they are on the Court
Abilities
Each player has a special Ability that influences how they play the game. These abilities may modify rolls, buff or debuff other players, or change the way certain Actions happen.
Abilities are colored to indicate the Tier of the Ability. Some players may have Abilities that are stronger than their overall tier, or worse.
Ability tier is strictly for reference, it does not impact any skills like the Action tier.
Roster Construction
Rosters are constructed by selecting your Starting 5 and up to 3 Substitutes.
Each player has a Contract Value that determines the cost of including them in your roster. The sum total of your player’s Contract Values cannot exceed the Salary Cap – this helps keep teams balanced and force important decisions about what players will guide you to victory.
Your Bench cannot represent more than 25% of your total Salary Cap.
